Frequently asked questions
A little clarity before you begin.
Here are straightforward answers to common questions about starting care.
What happens at the first visit?
Your provider will spend time learning about your goals, current concerns, and relevant history. Together, you’ll discuss options and agree on next steps.
What should I bring?
Bring a photo ID, insurance card, current medication list, and any referral paperwork you have.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and many commercial plans. Because networks change, please call us to confirm your specific benefits.
How much will my visit cost?
Costs depend on your plan, deductible, and service. Our front desk can help verify benefits before your appointment.
Do you offer medication and therapy?
Yes. We offer medication management and therapy. We’ll help you decide which service—or combination—best fits your needs.
Do you offer TMS therapy?
Yes. We offer TMS for eligible adults with treatment-resistant depression. A psychiatric evaluation is required to determine whether TMS may be appropriate for you.
How do refills work?
Please call the office for refill guidance. Do not submit medication names or refill requests through the website form.
What if I need help right away?
This clinic and website do not provide emergency services. Call or text 988 for crisis support, or call 911 if there is immediate danger.
Our front desk is happy to help.
